1. Who operates this service
Delta is owned, operated and managed by DollarMates Pty Ltd, trading as DollarMates (“DollarMates”, “we”, “us”). Delta is a service provided by DollarMates, and the Delta name, branding, site design and source code are the property of DollarMates Pty Ltd except where third-party material is identified as such in section 6.
By using Delta you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Delta for lawful purposes. You may use the tools for personal or commercial work, and output you produce with them remains yours — we claim no rights over the data you put in or the results you get out.
You agree not to:
- use the service to break any law, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or its hosting;
- redistribute the service as your own, or strip attribution from third-party components.
3. Privacy
Delta has no accounts, no sign-in and no server-side database. We do not collect or store your personal information, and we never sell data to anyone.
Your tool input stays on your device. Nearly every tool here runs entirely in your browser — the text, files, images and PDFs you work on are never uploaded to us.
There are two deliberate exceptions, both of which necessarily leave your browser in order to work at all:
- DNS Lookup sends the hostname you enter to Google's public
DNS-over-HTTPS resolver (
dns.google) and shows you the answer. - IP Info requests your public network address and its approximate
location from
ipapi.co.
Those requests go directly from your browser to those providers and are handled under their own privacy policies, not ours. We never see them.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 in cookieless mode, with consent signals set to denied and ad data redaction on. It records anonymous, aggregate page views so we can see which tools people find useful. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why this site shows you no cookie banner.
Local storage. Some preferences — your light or dark theme choice, and settings remembered by a few tools — are kept in your browser's own local storage. They stay on your device and are never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
4. Availability and changes
Delta is provided free of charge. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw tools or the whole service at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the service means you accept the revised terms.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we take care over the correctness of every tool, we do not warrant that output is accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose — you are responsible for checking results before relying on them, especially for anything security-related, financial or legally significant.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DollarMates Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage — including lost data, lost profits or indirect or consequential loss — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights you may have under consumer protection law.
6. Third-party software
Delta is built on open-source components, each licensed by its own authors. Their
licences and required attributions are reproduced in the NOTICE and
LICENSES files distributed with the source, and those terms continue to
apply to that material.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and DollarMates Pty Ltd submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
